Q: I cannot hear the pronunciation audio. A: Please ensure your device is not in "Silent Mode" (the physical switch on the side of your iPhone). Also, check the "Settings" menu within the EmoWords app to make sure Sound Effects and Voice are toggled ON.


Q: Does the app work offline? A: Yes! EmoWords French is designed to be a premium offline experience, so you can learn anytime, anywhere without an internet connection.


Q: How do I track my progress? A: Your progress is tracked automatically. You can view your highest scores and streak achievements directly in the category selection screen or the Quiz Mode dashboard.


Q: Can I suggest a new category? A: Absolutely! We love expanding our library based on user feedback. Send us an email with your requested topic (e.g., "Travel," "Office," "Emotions").
